Front Desk & Office Administrative Coordinator

D'Addario is seeking a reliable, highly organized, and bilingual Front Desk & Office Administrative Coordinator to serve as the first point of contact at our Farmingdale office and manufacturing facility. This fully on site role is essential to creating a welcoming, professional workplace experience while supporting daily office operations and Human Resources processes. Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish is required. This is an on-site role and will require the candidate to work on-site daily in the Farmingdale office.

Compensation:
We offer a competitive total compensation package. The base pay range for this role is $20/hour to $23/hour and is commensurate with experience, skills, and qualifications. This position is eligible for a discretionary annual bonus, in accordance with company policy.
Responsibilities
Serve as the primary front-desk presence, greeting visitors, employees, and job applicants in a professional and welcoming manner
Answer, screen, and route incoming calls, emails, and inquiries
Support daily office operations including mailroom coordination, supply management, lunch ordering, and general administrative tasks
Assist walk-in job applicants, many of whom are Spanish-speaking only
Provide administrative support to Human Resources, including:
Calling applicants and scheduling interviews
Coordinating new hire orientations and onboarding logistics
Filing, maintaining, and organizing confidential personnel records and documentation
Maintain a high level of discretion and confidentiality when handling employee and applicant information
Assist with the coordination of on-site employee programs and services (e.g., flu shot clinics, blood drives, and other company-sponsored events)
Provide logistical and administrative support before, during, and after events
Qualifications
Fluency in both English and Spanish (verbal and written) is required
At least 2 years of experience working as a front desk administrator
Strong work ethic with a demonstrated ability to be punctual, reliable, and maintain consistent attendance, recognizing the importance of daily front desk coverage and on-site presence
Strong organizational and administrative skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities throughout the workday
Professional, dependable, and service-oriented demeanor when interacting by phone and in person
Proficiency working with multiple systems, databases, and standard office technology
Proven ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism
Ability to remain at the front desk for a significant portion of the workday while effectively managing administrative and HR-related tasks
