Job Responsibilities:
Provide exceptional care to our residents, adhering to high standards of quality and compassion
Identify changes in resident conditions and report accordingly
Document resident care and progress
Demonstrate proficiency in Nursing standard of care skills
Work collaboratively as a team member to achieve outstanding patient outcomes
Provide outstanding customer service to residents, families, and visitors
Requirements:
Current New York State certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in good standing on the Nursing Assistant Registry
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong work ethic and ability to multitask
