What You'll Do
Provide hands-on personal care to residents, supporting daily living activities
Assist with nurse-delegated tasks such as recording vital signs
Safely operate mechanical lifts and assist with mobility needs
Build meaningful relationships with residents through compassionate care and communication
Support a clean, safe, and comfortable living environment
Collaborate with nursing staff to ensure high-quality care and service
Required Qualifications
Active Illinois Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification
Passion for serving older adults with compassion and respect
Strong communication and teamwork skills
