Purpose Statement The Utility Associate supports the production team in a high-volume pizza manufacturing environment by performing essential tasks that ensure smooth, safe, and efficient operations. This includes handling ingredients, staging materials, supporting batching and blending activities, maintaining production line flow, and performing sanitation and housekeeping duties. The role provides a realistic preview of working in a fast-paced food production facility where accuracy, safety, and teamwork are critical.

High school diploma or GED required. 1 to 2 years of experience in a manufacturing environment. Ability to follow directions. Punctual and reliable in their work attendance. Adherence to all safety and quality policies and practices. Ability to work as a team player. Ability to perform basic math functions. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Bilingual a plus. Prior manufacturing experience. Trade school, or post-secondary school. Basic computer skills (Microsoft programs, data tracking software, etc.). Experience with similar style food processing and ingredient batching. Previous work using touch screen control panels and HMI monitors.
