Responsibilities Include But Are Not Limited To:
Set up, operate, and maintain woodworking machinery and equipment
Use hand tools such as drills, hammers, saws, and sanders
Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and work orders
Plan and sequence cutting, shaping, and assembly processes
Measure, mark, and layout dimensions on materials
Select and match materials based on specifications (color, grain, texture)
Sand, scrape, and prep surfaces for finishing
Ensure all work meets quality and safety standards
Requirements:
Ability to stand for extended periods (up to 10-hour shifts)
Frequent use of hands for handling tools and materials
Ability to walk, stoop, kneel, crouch, and reach as needed
Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds
Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship
Basic math skills and ability to read measuring tools
