Conversion Operator

Shift: Afternoon Shift Premium Amount: $1.00 Pay Rate: $19.00
Position Summary: Sealed Air Corporation is seeking a technically proficient, dependable, and motivated individual to join our team as a Conversion Operator. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic manufacturing environment and is committed to safety, quality, and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities: Operate and monitor machines used in the manufacturing process. Set up machines according to specifications and production schedule Record production data and complete required documentation Follow all Sealed Air policies and procedures. Understand and adhere to quality control standards. Follow safety guidelines and wear required personal protective equipment (PPE) Lead by example and demonstrate professionalism at all times.
Qualifications: High School Diploma or GED preferred 1+ year of experience as a machine operator Ability to stand, bend, and lift up to 40 lbs. for extended periods Ability to read technical documents, safety rules, or work orders, etc. Self-motivated with excellent problem-solving abilities. Strong organizational, math, and writing skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Willingness to work any shift based on business needs. Positive attitude and eagerness to learn. Must be able to work overtime as required. Dependable and punctual. Team-oriented mindset.
