Unlicensed Assistive Personnel (UAP) - Rehab Unit

Schedule: Full-time (36 hours/week)
About Us - Rehab Unit
We are the area's only inpatient rehabilitation facility located on the third floor at Freeman Hospital East.
20 beds serving patients with strokes, lower extremity fractures, non-traumatic spinal cord injuries, amputations, cardiac and trauma/medically complex patients.
All patients are required to participate in 3 hours of therapy per day, 5 out of the 7 days in the week.
The best part of our department is the team oriented approach to care and the opportunity to get to know the patient and watch them improve before your eyes.
What You'll Do
Under the direction/supervision of a nurse, provides basic nursing care needs for assigned patients.
Requirements
Must successfully complete Freeman UAP program within 90 days of hire if not certified.
