Responsibilities
Assist residents with daily activities while maintaining their dignity and independence.
Monitor residents' health and report any changes to the nursing staff.
Provide companionship and emotional support to residents.
Maintain cleanliness in residents' living spaces.
Qualifications
Valid State Tested Nursing Assistant (STNA) certification in Ohio.
Previous experience in long-term care preferred.
Compassionate and patient-centered approach to caregiving.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
