We are currently hiring Assembly Workers for both 2nd and 3rd shift to support hands?on production in a fast?paced manufacturing environment. Job Summary:
As an Assembly Worker, you will be responsible for manually assembling automotive components while maintaining high standards for quality, safety, and productivity. This role is ideal for candidates who are detail?oriented, reliable, and comfortable with repetitive, hands?on work.
Key Responsibilities:
Hand?assemble automotive parts and components following standardized work instructions
Perform repetitive assembly tasks using manual tools and fixtures
Inspect parts during the assembly process to ensure quality standards are met
Maintain clean, organized, and safe workstations
Follow all safety, quality, and production requirements
Meet production goals while maintaining attention to detail
Communicate defects, issues, or concerns to team leads or supervisors
Qualifications:
Previous assembly or manufacturing experience preferred (automotive experience a plus)
Strong hand?eye coordination and manual dexterity
Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive motions
Ability to lift up to 35 lbs as required
Basic understanding of safety and quality procedures
Reliable attendance, especially for off?shift schedules
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Work Environment:
Manufacturing / production setting
Repetitive, hands?on assembly work

Job Type & Location: This is a Permanent position based out of Pana, IL.
Pay and Benefits: The pay range for this position is $19.35 - $19.35/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to change and may be subject to specific elections, plan, or program terms. If eligible, the benefits available for this temporary role may include the following: Medical, dental & vision; Critical Illness, Accident, and Hospital; 401(k) Retirement Plan
