Job Title
Key Responsibilities:
Be able to identify the different hulls and decks that are to be laminated.
Be able to use fiberglass gun.
Follow instruction of Supervisor/foreman/lead
Be able to use small hand tools to include: scissors, razor knife etc.
Keep work area clean and orderly.
Inspects all parts so that they are complete and up to quality standards.
Work with a team to complete daily tasks
Any other duties as assigned by management.
Must be flexible and willing to cross train within the department
Must comply with all OSHA and safety procedures.

Understand written sentences and paragraphs in work related documents.

Tools used in this occupation include but are not limited to:
Personal Protective Equipment- Safety Glasses, half- mask respirator, Tyvek protection suit.
Fiberglass chop gun, sanders, and scissors.
Working directly with fiberglass and resin.
Be able to use and maintain a variety of hand tools.
Some Knowledge of FRP and composites
Be able to complete basic installations.
Knowledge of production processes and quality control.
Knowledge, Education and Experience includes but is not limited to:
Must be able to work effectively as an individual or with a team. Be able to use and maintain a variety of hand tools.

Physical Requirements:
Must be able to work in non climate controlled environment where ambient air temperature can exceed outside air temperature.
Must be able to bend at waist and knees and stand for extended periods of time.
Must be able to climb into and out of interior of boats.
Must be able to wear proper safety equipment to include respirator when necessary.
Must be able to lift 50 pounds when necessary.
