Position Summary:

The Customer Care / Clerical Associate is responsible for providing excellent customer service while supporting administrative and clerical operations. This role requires strong computer skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle customer interactions professionally.
Key Responsibilities:

Provide customer service support via phone, email, or in person
Perform general clerical duties such as data entry, filing, and documentation
Maintain accurate records and update systems as needed
Assist with order processing and customer inquiries
Communicate effectively with internal teams and customers
Support daily administrative operations
Job Requirements:

Previous customer service experience required
Strong computer skills (computer savvy required)
Clerical or administrative experience preferred
Good communication and organizational skills
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
