Summary
This position requires that the employee stand in a central location for long periods of time to operate and maintain machine.
Primary Duties
Keep machine running continuously.
Make all necessary machine changes to accommodate the size of tubes being produced.
Clean machine daily.
Stay current and knowledgeable on piping system.
Trouble-shoot any problems that may arise with the equipment.
Perform set-up and change over on all filling machines.
Make sure appropriate materials are in the right machines.
Research and recommend product improvements
Ability to demonstrate and learn the following levels
Level 1
Product Package Assembly
Blister Seal / Alignment Inspection
Container Inspection
Date Code - Batch Number Processing
Tube/Cartridge QC Inspection
Scrap Separation & Documentation
Cardboard Waste Disposal
Non-Essential Duties
Maintain clean and safe work space
Perform miscellaneous duties as requested by supervisor
Experience
High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
Minimum of six (6) months related experience and / or training in a manufacturing / production environment.
OR equivalent combination of education and experience which provides the applicant with the knowledge, skills and abilities to perform the job.
