CNA Responsibilities
Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, grooming, oral care, dressing, and toileting
Take and record vital signs, height, and weight as needed
Assist with feeding, linen changes, and resident transport
Support residents with active and passive mobility per the Plan of Care
Observe and report changes in resident condition to the nursing supervisor
Provide compassionate, dignified, and high-quality resident care
CNA Qualifications
Active Pennsylvania CNA certification
Strong communication and observation skills
Compassionate, dependable, and team-oriented
