Nurse Patient Ratio by shift: 1:1, Circulate/Scrub as applicable: Circulate required. Scrub experience preferred.
Ancillary Assistance: OR Aides, Scrub Techs, Surgical Assists, RNs, #staff per shift: 30
Patient Care Modality: OR Dress Code: Scrubs/color: Scrubs provided, Shoes: closed toe, non-skid, Jewelry: None while scrubbed in. Earrings covered by hair covering. Hair/Beard: Cloth surgical caps must be covered by disposable cap. Beards must be covered. Nail Polish: Cannot be chipped and no fake nails

Describe the rotation: Rotation depends on cases scheduled and nurses experience, Charge required:?, Scheduling: Smartsquare Shift Hours: 0700-1930, Rotation Schedule: rotate days off with other staff that work 12s
Self-Scheduling: No, Weekend Requirements: On call once every 3rd to 4th weekend, Call Requirements: 1 night per week, Holiday Requirements: If Holiday hasnt been assigned to a staff member will put them on call for that holiday. Only 1 holiday per year.
Patient Population (Diagnoses): All surgeries except Cardiac, transplants, neuro, and gastric bypass, Age Range: 6 months-100+, Special Equipment: Respiratory available 24/7 for support?, Anesthesia available 24/7 for support?
Who manages ventilators: Respiratory, Unit Specific Procedures and Protocols: Start IVs, patient transports if central transport is backed up, Additional Unit Specific Information: Assignment for 13-16 weeks. Travel Rate: $85 Radius: $80: 51-100 miles Local: $75: 50 miles or less Distance is measured by a straight line, not driving distance
Certified OR Tech: Float and call required, weekend shifts as needed; Max call 1x post shift/week, 1 weekend day per 4-week schedule period.
