The Technician Shipping/Receiving and Distribution is responsible for executing the receiving and distribution processes associated with our field inventory returns. This role is essential to our ability to meet our customer expectations.
This position reports to the Manager, Global Service Ops Partnership and is part of the Service Operations team located in Indianapolis and will be an on-site role.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
Execute the receiving of incoming materials, including accurate processing in Warehouse Management Systems (e.g., Access, Oracle), maintaining precise inventory control of materials, and ensuring materials are of good quality for restocking.
Prepares outgoing materials for shipment
Reconciles inventory and may perform cycle counts and additional data entry functions as assigned.
Safely and efficiently operate material handling equipment such as forklifts and reach trucks as required to support distribution operations.
Identifies and solves routine problems in work area with management team. Assist management team on organizational improvement projects such as lean and quality initiatives.
The essential requirements of the job include:
High School Diploma or GED required.
A minimum of 1-3 years of experience in shipping, receiving, warehousing, or inventory control.
Demonstrated proficiency with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and the ability to accurately perform clerical duties related to material movement, while ensuring strict adherence to compliance and safety guidelines.
Travel, Motor Vehicle Record & Physical/Environment Requirements:
Ability to stand, sit, stoop, bend, walk, reach, squat, kneel, push, and pull for a minimum, 8 hours.
Ability to lift, move or carry equipment up to 50lbs.

The hourly range for this role is $25.00. This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. This range may be modified in the future.
This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay.
