Picker Packer Needed Now! Looking for a warehouse job where you don't sit still and don't get bored? You've found it. We're hiring Picker Packers for a fast-paced warehouse where you'll stay on your feet, keep your hands busy, and your playlist pumping.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Experience using an RF scan gun
Previous warehouse or order picking experience is a plus
Ability to read, understand, and follow instructions
Basic math and computer skills
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Ability to stand and walk for extended periods (8+ hours)
Frequent lifting, bending, and reaching
Ability to lift up to 3050 lbs.
You will be expected to:
Pick products from warehouse inventory based on customer orders using RF scanners or pick lists
Verify item numbers, quantities, and descriptions for accuracy
Pack, label, and stage orders for shipment
Maintain productivity standards and meet daily performance goals
Perform quality checks to prevent errors and damaged shipments
Operate warehouse equipment (e.g., pallet jacks or carts) as needed
Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe
Follow company safety policies and procedures
