1st Shift Location: Butler, Indiana Pay: $17.00/hour Shift: 1st Shift | MondayThursday 6:00 AM
4:30 PM | Friday 6:00 AM
2:30 PM (overtime possible) Pro Resources Staffing is hiring Seamers for Janus International Group, a well-established roll-up door manufacturer. In this role, you will be responsible for joining metal sections to form durable door panels.
Job Responsibilities:
Operate seaming machines to join metal door sections
Monitor machine performance and ensure proper alignment of materials
Inspect seams to ensure strength and quality standards are met
Load and unload materials from machines
Assist with general production and material movement as needed
Requirements:
Previous manufacturing or machine operation experience preferred but not required
Ability to follow instructions and maintain quality standards
Mechanical aptitude is a plus
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in a fast-paced environment
Willingness to work overtime when required
