Machine Operator
Are you looking for a stable, hands-on role with a great schedule? Were hiring a Machine Operator Weekend Schedule to join our team! If you have experience in plastics extrusion or manufacturing, thats a plus but were willing to train motivated individuals who are ready to work hard and grow within the company.
Responsibilities Include But Are Not Limited To:
Operate and monitor machinery to ensure efficient production.
Adjust machine settings to maintain quality and consistency.
Inspect finished products for defects and ensure they meet company standards.
Load raw materials and ensure proper machine setup.
Troubleshoot minor mechanical issues and report larger problems.
Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines.
Work efficiently to meet production goals and deadlines.
Perform additional tasks as assigned to support production.
Benefits:
Competitive pay: $21-$22/hour
Weekend schedule: 5:30 AM - 6:00 PM

What You Bring:
High school diploma or GED preferred
Previous machine operation experience in manufacturing is a plus
Plastics extrusion experience is a strong advantage
Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
Strong attention to detail and mechanical aptitude
Reliable work ethic and ability to follow safety protocols
Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs as needed
