Machine Operator
United Talent is immediately hiring for a 2nd shift Machine Operator in Hiram, GA!
Job Duties:
Operate injection molding machines following production orders and process sheets
Monitor production to identify defects, issues, or machine alarms
Perform visual inspections and basic measurements using tools such as calipers
Record production data and ensure correct product labeling
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
Follow all safety, quality, and company procedures, including proper PPE usage
Assist with additional production tasks as assigned by the supervisor
Pay & Shift:
$40,000 yearly
MondayFriday | 2:00pm to 11:00pm
Requirements:
Must have a High School Diploma or GED
Must be able to stand for long periods of time during the shift
Must be able to work in a manufacturing/production environment
Basic mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
Willingness to learn and be trained on equipment and processes

Referral Bonuses: For every new Associate you refer that works 40 hours, you will receive $40, and once they work 100 hours you will receive an additional $100. There is no cap on how much referral money you can earn!
