Product Technician
As the Product Technician, you will join our Production team and support basic manufacturing processes such as tube forming, cutting, grinding, polishing, shot blasting, sawing, brazing. The Product Technician will assist Mfg. Techs and other Product Fabricators in new product development. This role requires hands-on operational knowledge and experience with various types of fabrication processes, equipment, and tooling
Your Responsibilities:
Knowledge of operational process specifications, blueprints, routers, and inspection reports.
Prepare materials for processing / assembly per router bill of materials.
Follow instructions and work under direct supervision.
Safely operate basic power, hand, and inspection tools.
Grinders, polishers, drills, punches, files, saws, etc.
Calipers, micrometers, pins, thread gages, etc.
Sanding, polishing, and sandblasting of in process and finished goods.
Part cleaning with IPA/Acetone/DI Water.
Basic knowledge of chemical cleaning applications.
Cosmetic acceptance criteria of in process and finished goods.
Brazing of fittings, wires, and adaptors.
Welding of adaptors and components.
Assemble products per process specifications, blueprints, routers and inspection reports.
Part handling and cleanliness requirements.
Perform in process quality checks and document results.

Our Requirements:
One to three years manufacturing experience.
Proficient with various hand tools, (drills, saws, grinders, buffers, scrapers, etc.)
Ability to follow process specifications or operational drawings and record results.
Ability to effectively follow directions and respond to questions from employees, managers, and industry peers.
Must be authorized to work in the US without sponsorship, both now and in the future.
Pay Range: $22.00 - $25.00
