School Bus Driver
Offering $1,000 sign-on bonus for fully credentialed candidates that have a CDL with Passenger and School Bus Endorsement. Provide safe and dependable transportation for school children on a daily basis. Duties include but are not limited to: transporting children and other passengers to and from school, obeying all traffic laws, maintaining a clean and mechanically sound bus at all times, ensuring the safety of all students, performing inspections of the bus before and after each route, attending safety meetings as required, having a clean driving record, and must be 21 years or older. Responsibility profile: transport clients to and from destinations, arrive at destinations on schedule, fulfill administrative needs, like office pickups, research and plan for traffic, construction, and weather delays, use navigation applications to determine the best route, always interact with clients professionally, ensure that the vehicle is always fueled and ready for use, arrange for vehicle repairs as needed, keep mileage records and repair records up to date, perform other duties as assigned. Pay starts at $20 per hour.
