Machine Operator
Trillium Professional is now seeking entry-level Machine Operators in Milpitas, CA!
This position is entry level. They will train. Pay is between $21.00 to $25.00 per hour. Possible temp to hire.
Job Duties
Operate laminator machine that laminate materials such as adhesives, rubbers, silicones, sponges, copper, aluminum, insulation films, etc.
Produce high quality products in a safe manner, on time, that meet the internal and external customers' requirements
Position requires interaction, for the purpose of technical discussion, with immediate supervisor, co-workers and peers.
Set up equipment/machinery and install equipment or attachments on machinery or related structures.
Read and understand job traveler instructions, technical drawings and set-up diagrams.
Measure and record products or materials to control quality
Monitor machinery/equipment operation to detect problems
Use hand tools; adjust production equipment / machinery setup
Load or unload material onto machinery
Clean equipment or machinery

High School Diploma, GED or five (5) years work experience
Good communication skills
Basic mathematics for daily use formulas
Safety-toed shoes required to be worn and other Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), as needed
Requires lifting or moving up to 25 lbs
Preferred Skills
Machine operator or manufacturing experience
Operation of laminator machine
Knowledge on how to use precision tools, Micrometers, Calipers
Ability to read and understand blue prints
Lean manufacturing and 5S knowledge
