Job Description
Weekend Assemblers Needed! Have the added benefits of working 36 hours and be paid for 40 hours, plus receive a shift differential of $1.50 per hour.
Weekend Shift: Friday, Saturday, Sunday - 6 am to 6:30 pm
About the Team
The ZF Off-Highway Solutions Minnesota Inc. team designs and manufactures hydraulic and electrohydraulic components, controls, and brake systems for off-highway machines. As a member of the Assembly Team, the Assembler will be responsible to assembling and testing a variety of company products, all while maintaining a clean and safe workplace.
What you can look forward to as the Weekend Assembler:
Fastens parts together with bolts, screws, speed clips, or other fasteners.
Uses engineering prints/drawings, routing sheets, settings specifications, required hand tools and fixtures, and test benches to assist in assembly operation.
Demonstrates ability to detect discrepancies about parts or documentation.
Assembles parts per print; then packages and moves the products to the backflushing area.
Set up and tests assembled products and sub-assemblies per specifications.
Your Profile as the Weekend Assembler:
High school diploma or equivalent, required.
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally, 35 pounds regularly.
Ability to operate a computer and other electronic equipment.
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions and decimals.
Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
Ability to read and comprehend simple English instructions and correspondence, as well as effectively communicate with others within the organization.
Experience with ERP Systems and Microsoft Suite, desired.

The expected base compensation for this role is $19.95 - $24.00 per hour. Additional shift differential of $1.50 for working the weekend hours - plus, work 36 and get paid for 40!
