Job Scope of the 2nd Shift Production Supervisor
The job scope is to be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the plant floor in his/her assigned work area. The supervisor is obligated to ensure that all production processes are running smoothly and efficiently, maintaining quality standards, and managing the team effectively.
