Mechanical Assembler
We're looking for a hands-on Mechanical Assembler to help build high-performance chiller units for data centers and custom equipment. If you enjoy working with tools, building things that matter, and being part of a tight-knit team, this is a great opportunity to grow your skills and advance your career.
You'll start with core assembly tasks and, as you gain experience, you'll have the chance to cross-train in multiple areasincluding custom builds, fabrication support, and more.
What You'll Do
Assemble chiller units and custom equipment using detailed work instructions and build specs
Work with a variety of hand and power tools
Support general shop operations: sweeping, shrink-wrapping, packaging, material handling, and keeping the workspace clean
Assist fabrication by loading/unloading sheet metal from machines
Follow all safety procedures and quality standards
Cross-train into additional assembly areas as you grow with the team
What You Bring
1+ years of manufacturing experience
(sheet metal or mechanical assembly preferred)
Ability to read blueprints and use hand/power tools
Strong work ethic, positive attitude, and willingness to learn
Preferred: experience with electrical schematics, wiring, or sheet metal fabrication

Pay and Benefits: The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $23.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
