Physical Therapist - Bastrop, TX

We are currently seeking a Licensed Physical Therapist to join our team in Bastrop, TX. This full-time opportunity offers a flexible weekday schedule with no weekend responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities:

Interpret prescriptions and perform initial evaluations
Establish treatment plans with functional and/or work-related goals
Progress treatment plans appropriately based on patient needs
Provide periodic and timely written communication to physicians
Manage appropriate discharge planning and patient follow-up
Supervise therapy technicians and PTAs (as per Texas state practice regulations)
Maintain accurate and timely documentation including initial evaluations, progress notes, discharge summaries, SOAP notes, and required insurance forms
Attend staff in-services and continuing education courses; share knowledge gained with team
Qualifications:

Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program
Current Texas state license to practice as a Physical Therapist
Current CPR certification
Experience in outpatient orthopedics (Preferred)
Open to new graduates
