Pool Staff Position
Northgate Resorts owns and manages the most awarded Camp-Resort portfolio in the nation. Our passion is creating family camping memories for our guests

We endeavor to be a highly effective, lean, and fast-moving organization. Our Pool Staff are responsible for guest satisfaction, safety, and park compliance of the assigned aquatic facilities. This is a seasonal, full-time or part-time position and reports to the Pool Attendant Supervisor.
Duties And Responsibilities
Verify wristbands for guest entry
Check for glass containers for safety reasons
Clean and vacuum pool, clean skimmer baskets and skim the pool as needed
Sweep pool deck, clean tables, pick up trash, and empty trash cans
Regularly straighten pool furniture
Participate in other projects and activities as assigned
Present professional appearance and attitude at all times and maintains a high standard of customer service
Performs various maintenance duties as directed to maintain a clean and safe facility
Performs daily routine chores and maintenance of waterpark to ensure neat and orderly appearance
Advises aquatics management of unsafe and unsanitary conditions
Education/Training/Experience
Customer service experience preferred
First Aid and CPR certification preferred
Qualifications/Requirements
Required to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays
Excellent customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills
Maintain composure under pressure
Maintain a positive work environment by acting and communicating in a manner so that you get along with customers, clients, vendors, coworkers, and management
Essential Physical Demands
Able to move up to 50 lbs
Ability to swim
Must be able to remain in a stationary position
Regularly move throughout the pool area
Continuously climb, balance, stoop, kneel, bend, crouch, and crawl
Constant exposure to outside weather conditions
Able to continuously scan all areas of the pool with a clear vision
Able to adequately hear noises and distinguish distress signals
