Key Responsibilities:

Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with luggage and belongings
Escort guests to their rooms and provide information about hotel amenities and services
Assist with transportation arrangements and coordinate with other hotel departments as needed
Maintain a clean and organized bellstand area
Provide exceptional customer service, addressing guest inquiries and requests promptly
Ensure safety and security of guest belongings and hotel property
Skills and Qualifications:

Previous experience in hospitality or customer service preferred
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to lift heavy luggage and stand for extended periods
Friendly, professional, and attentive demeanor
Valid driver's license may be required for transportation duties
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
