Complete physical (within the last 6 months)
2 reference letters (personal or professional)
Caregiver responsibilities:
Assists home care agency's patients in Brooklyn, NY by providing personal services, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
Social interaction
Report any changes in the patient's condition or incidents to RN supervisor or therapist.
