Our client, a leader in the pharmaceutical and biotechnology industry, is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Analytical Laboratory Technician to join their team. As an Analytical Laboratory Technician, you will be an integral part of the Quality Control Department supporting laboratory operations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong organizational skills, a proactive attitude, and excellent teamwork abilities, which will align successfully within the organization.

What's the Job?
Plan, organize, and perform analytical laboratory duties under supervision of the laboratory manager
Adhere to safety, security, GLP & GMP policies to ensure a compliant work environment
Maintain a clean and organized laboratory and office space to support efficient operations
Manage laboratory consumable inventories and supplies to support ongoing activities
Document equipment performance and develop action plans for continuous improvement routines
What's Needed?
High School diploma or equivalent required; undergraduate degree in Chemistry, Microbiology, Biology, or related field preferred
Relevant academic coursework or 1-year practical experience in an analytical laboratory preferred
Proven computer skills including Microsoft Office, LIMS, and SAP
Emerging initiative, results focus, and strong follow-through capabilities
Ability to contribute effectively within a team environment and build professional relationships
