The Opportunity
As a Production & Inventory Associate, you will be the backbone of the manufacturing process, ensuring that the right parts get to the right places at the right time.
Key Responsibilities:
Order Fulfillment:
Accurately pick parts for internal work orders and outgoing customer shipments.
Inventory Management:
Maintain an organized, efficient inventory area to support production flow.
Goal Achievement:
Meet daily production targets and strict deadlines to keep projects on track.
Collaboration:
Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to ensure seamless operations.
What You Bring to the Table
We are looking for "team-first" candidates who take pride in the quality of their work.
Education:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Skill Set:
Comfort with basic math and a sharp eye for detail.
Reliability:
A stable work or education history and a commitment to being on time.
Compliance:
Ability to pass a comprehensive background check and drug screening.
Experience (Plus):
Prior experience in parts picking, inventory control, or shipping is a bonus, but we are willing to train the right person!

Schedule - 7:00 AM
3:30 PM (Monday
Friday)
