Tradesmen International is immediately hiring experienced Pipe Welders for projects located in or around Baytown, TX. This is a first shift opportunity and the pay range is $33-$36/hour based on experience and skill level. Job Scope:
Setting up & prep; cleaning & positioning pipe components
Setting up welding machines & flux management systems
Adjusting machine voltage, amperage & wire feed
Inspecting & cleaning; removing solidified slag
Inspecting welds for defects
Recovering excess flux
Submerged arc welding
Other tasks as assigned
Requirements:
5+ years pipe welding experience
Must be able to read and write English
