Team Lead
We are seeking a dependable and motivated Team Lead to oversee inspection operations and support team performance on 2nd shift. This role is responsible for ensuring quality standards, safety compliance, and effective team coordination within the assigned location. The ideal candidate is hands-on, detail-oriented, and capable of leading by example in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Ensure all team members follow safety guidelines, work instructions, and company standards
Lead and support inspection teams to meet quality and production expectations
Perform inspections on parts to ensure they meet customer specifications
Train and coach team members on proper procedures and job requirements
Develop and maintain work instructions for assigned projects
Act as interim supervisor when the project supervisor is unavailable
Communicate with customer contacts regarding job expectations and updates
Verify all team members have proper tools, equipment, and gauges
Complete and maintain required documentation and reports
Build and maintain strong working relationships with customers and team members
Follow all company policies and complete required training

Previous experience in a leadership or quality/inspection role preferred
