Description
We are seeking motivated and detail-oriented Harness Production Associates to join our team. This role involves performing a variety of wire harness manufacturing tasks including assembly, terminating, inspection, and equipment adjustments.

Harness Assembly Associate Details:
Temp-to-Hire position
$19.37 to $20.37 / hour
Full Time work available
Various shifts available (Monday through Friday from 05:55am to 02:00pm)
9:55pm6:00am $20.37/hr
Perform all harness production jobs as assigned, including: Wire assembly and terminating, Line work, and Inspection.
Use hand tools such as tweezers, wire cutters, crimpers, screwdrivers, pliers, cable cutters, and utility knives
Make minor equipment adjustments (purging/adjusting greasers, changing materials, adjusting machines within range)
Harness Assembly Associate Qualifications:
Sit and/or stand for up to 10 hours per shift
Lift and carry up to 50 lbs. manually
Perform detailed hand work requiring strong hand dexterity
Applicant may be subject to a background check
Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment
