Steel Grating Facility Location: Garrett, Indiana Shift: First Shift, Monday through Friday, 5:00 AM to 3:30 PM Overtime: Saturdays may be required Pay: $19.00 per hour
We are currently seeking a reliable and hardworking Saw Operator to join our team at a steel grating manufacturing facility in Garrett, Indiana. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on work in an industrial environment and is looking for steady hours with over time potential.
Job Responsibilities:
Operate saw equipment to cut steel grating materials to specified measurements
Read and follow work orders and production instructions
Ensure accuracy and quality of cuts
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Follow all safety procedures and guidelines
Requirements:
Ability to work in a physically demanding environment
Steel toe boots and hard hat are required
Previous manufacturing or saw operation experience is preferred but not required
Strong attention to detail and safety awareness
Dependable attendance and work ethic
