Warehouse Supervisor
We're hiring a hands-on Warehouse Supervisor to lead daily operations and drive efficiency across shipping, receiving, and distribution. This role oversees a team and ensures a safe, productive work environment.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise and lead 1530 warehouse employees
Oversee daily shipping, receiving, and material handling
Resolve workflow issues and improve processes
Train, coach, and develop team members
Maintain production and time records
Enforce safety, GMP, and HACCP standards
Ensure quality, productivity, and cost goals are met
Qualifications
Associate's degree or equivalent experience
2+ years of warehouse or supervisory experience
Experience working in a high speed manufacturing
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
Experience with forklifts or material handling equipment preferred
Compensation/Benefits
We offer a salary of $83,000 to $110,000
Sign on bonus of $1000
