Responsibilities of a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA):
Provide the highest level of care to residents at our nursing home
Ability to understand and monitor applicable regulations, policies, and procedures
Promote patient independence by establishing patient care goals
Resolve resident issues and needs by utilizing multidisciplinary team strategies
Maintain a safe and clean working environment by complying with rules and regulations
Maintain patient confidence and protect operations by keeping the information confidential
Qualifications of a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA):
Certified Nursing Assistant in PA
Responsible, ready, and eager to work
