Physical Therapist Assistant
Responsible for assisting in the implementation of physical therapy plan of care under the supervision of the physical therapist.

Education: Associate's degree in Physical Therapist Assistant
Licenses and Certification: Illinois Physical Therapist Assistant licensure (or letter from the state showing license pending and this job code would be 3540) BLS
Experience and Skills: Technical Experience: N/A
Physical Activities: Intermittent hand manipulation required Intermittent lifting and carrying of 50 pounds
Role Specific Responsibilities:
o Implements Plan of Care
o Measures and communicates progress towards goals
o Documentation is accurate, complete and timely
o Provides supervision to rehab techs and students
Compensation (Commensurate with experience): $35.12 - $54.44
