Are you an outgoing person with an eye for detail and a smile in your voice? Join our team and be the face of Quail Park! From the first person people see when they walk in the door, to the voice that greets them when they call on the phone, we count on our concierges to give a warm impression of Quail Park. You'll work closely with the administrative and marketing staff to assist with projects and present the community attractively to prospective residents and their families. You'll provide good customer service by addressing callers' inquiries directly if you can, or by connecting them to the right team member if you can't. Our concierges function as part of a team, and they always know what to do or who to talk to get things done!

Minimum Requirements
One year of experience in a customer service role is required
Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role, with experience in a senior living environment, preferred
Proficiency in basic computer skills, including Word and Excel
Ability to read, comprehend, write, and speak English to communicate effectively with residents, families, guests and other team members
Must be detail-oriented and possess strong organizational skills
Must meet all health-related requirements pertaining to State licensure
Must maintain current CPR/First Aid credentials
Must maintain current Food Handlers credentials
Must maintain annual Continuing Education Credits (company paid and provided)
Must be able to perform duties and responsibilities (Essential Job Functions) with or without reasonable accommodation
Subject to pre-employment screening including physical, drug and TB testing and criminal clearance
Essential Functions
Answers the telephone promptly and addresses caller questions in a courteous and professional manner
Takes accurate and thorough telephone messages or directs the caller to the appropriate voicemail as requested to do so
Greets and interacts with residents, family members, guests, and team members in a friendly and positive manner and directs them to the appropriate person or location, as necessary
Responds to emergency calls from residents and alerts appropriate team members in a timely manner
Assists with projects and reports to support department directors as needed, and at the direction of the Business Office Manager
Creates a positive first impression of the community by maintaining a neat and tidy reception area and presenting self in a professional manner in terms of conduct and appearance
Conducts community marketing tours as needed
Other duties as assigned
