Ice Cream Production Details:
Temp-to-Hire position
$ 17.00 to $ 17.50 / hour
Full Time work available
First Shift (Monday through Friday from 05:00am to 03:00pm)
Second Shift (Monday through Friday from 3:00pm to 1:00am)
Schedules vary depending on line assignment, about 45hr per week
Overtime will be mandatory through the busy season
No piercings, jewelry, false eyelashes, nails, or hair extensions allowed on the production floor
Operate, monitor, and maintain production equipment for efficient operation
Assemble, fill, and package ice cream products to company quality standards
Perform quality checks and follow all food safety, sanitation, and PPE guidelines
Support set-up, changeovers, shutdowns, and clear communication with team members
Ice Cream Production Qualifications:
Previous experience in manufacturing, food production, or a related field is preferred but not required - training will be provided.
Ability to work in a cold environment (production floor temperatures can be below freezing).
Strong attention to detail and commitment to product quality.
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, stand for extended periods, and perform repetitive tasks.
Willingness to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Flexibility to work assigned shifts, including nights, weekends, and overtime as needed.
