CNC Machine Operator
Our client, a leader in sustainable manufacturing and plastic recycling, is seeking a dedicated CNC Machine Operator to join their team. As a CNC Machine Operator, you will be an integral part of the manufacturing department supporting production and quality assurance. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, strong problem-solving skills, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully within the organization.
Job Title: CNC Machine Operator
Location: Garfield, MN
Pay Range: $18-$19/hour
Shift: 2nd Shift: Monday-Thursday 6 pm-2:30 am or 6 pm to 6 am.
What's the Job?
Operate and manage CNC machines to perform tasks such as drilling, grinding, and milling.
Set up CNC equipment to ensure efficient and accurate production runs.
Monitor machine operations and make adjustments to optimize results.
Conduct daily checks to guarantee machinery functionality and safety.
Record production and quality data to maintain comprehensive logs.
What's Needed?
Previous manufacturing or machine operation experience is a plus, but not required.
High school diploma or GED.
Ability to follow detailed instructions and safety protocols.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Good communication skills and teamwork orientation.
