Behavioral Health Technician
Stewards of Recovery, LLC is a substance abuse treatment facility and we are looking for behavioral health technicians. Have you always wanted to help make a difference in people's lives? We are looking for full-time behavioral health technicians for our youth group home. Our facilities are staffed 24/7 and we are currently hiring for the following shifts:
11pm-7am: Full Time or Part Time
Behavioral health technicians duties are the following:
Provide direct support to programs, personnel and clients as required by assigned program
Provide non-professional services to clients to increase quality of service
Provide support and problem resolution for programs, personnel, and corporation
Collaborative interaction with colleagues to increase harmony and high productivity
Make efforts to increase fluidity and efficiency of the program assigned
Assure safety and supervision of clients and make scheduling arrangements
Accurate and honest documentation and timely submission and all other paperwork assigned
Maintain clean working areas to a high level of professional cleanliness
Maintain integrity by doing what is right even not being observed
Conduct self in professional manner in dress, language, and demeanor and refrain from outside activities that would be considered unprofessional
Protect confidentiality of clients, uphold professional values and follow policy and procedure, refrain from outside contact with clients
Improve the lives of clients and colleagues and present with a positive and professional attitude toward investing in the clients and corporation
Light cleaning and cooking
Checks on clients (rounds) multiple times per hour
Other duties as assigned
Pay $17.00 per hour.
The state of Idaho requires you to be able to pass an enhanced background check. (Company covered cost)
CPR/First Aid exam and TB test required. On the job training. (Company covered cost)
Applicants must have strong boundaries and ethics as well as maintaining a clean and sober lifestyle.
