Pay: $19.50- $23.98 /hr

**Placement within the wage range for this position is determined by years of experience, qualifications, and demonstrated ability to perform the essential functions.**
Responsibilities
Job functions & Duties Include:
Prioritizing comfort while assisting Residents in achieving their highest level of function
Assisting with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs)
Monitoring vital signs to include temperature, pulse, respirations, and blood pressure
Maintaining a safe environment and assisting with fall-risk precautions
Interdepartmental communications within care team
Qualifications
Must be at least 18 years of age
Current and active CNA certification in good standing within the State of California
Must pass a background screen
Understand and comply with local health regulations
Ability to communicate effectively and positively with staff, residents, and family members
Our facility requires proof of vaccination against Covid-19. Religious and medical exemptions are available upon request
