Job Title:
Order Puller (3rd Shift)
Location:
Rialto, CA
Pay Rate:
$16.90 per hour
Job Summary:
We are looking for a dependable and efficient Order Puller to join our team on the 3rd shift. This role is responsible for accurately selecting and preparing customer orders for shipment in a fast-paced warehouse environment. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, able to work overnight hours, and committed to maintaining productivity and accuracy standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Accurately pick and pull orders based on pick tickets or electronic systems
Verify product quantities and ensure correct items are selected
Prepare orders for packing, shipping, or staging
Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks (training provided if needed)
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
Follow all company safety policies and procedures
Meet daily productivity and accuracy goals
Report discrepancies, damaged goods, or inventory issues to supervisors
Qualifications:
Previous warehouse or order picking experience preferred but not required
Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift for extended periods
Ability to lift up to 2550 lbs as needed
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Reliable attendance, especially for overnight shifts
Schedule:
3rd Shift (overnight hours; specific schedule to be provided)
Compensation & Benefits:
$16.90 per hour

Work Environment:
