Labeling Attaching Machine Operator
ABR Employment is seeking a skilled Labeling Attaching Machine Operator for a manufacturing company in Mayville, WI. This position is ideally suited for someone with strong mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, and hands-on machine operation experience in a production environment.
Schedule: MondayThursday, 5:00 AM
3:30 PM Pay: $19.00/hour
Responsibilities:
Read and interpret work orders to verify setup specifications and ensure quality standards are met
Set up, operate, troubleshoot, and maintain label attaching equipment
Inspect and pack products before sending them to shipping or the next department
Ensure color-coded folders and labels are in proper sequence
Produce "re-make" labels using the computer system
Repair defective products as needed
Perform routine and scheduled maintenance on machines
Load and unload materials and finished products onto the equipment
Print and apply packaging ID labels accurately
Meet or exceed daily production and quality targets
Assist in training new operators as needed
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Minimum of 2 years of machine operation experience in a manufacturing setting
Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot equipment
Good hand-eye coordination and attention to detail
Keen eye for color and accuracy
Comfortable using hand tools and basic computer programs
Ability to read and interpret a ruler and written instructions
Self-motivated and able to work independently
