A day in the life of our Personal Care Attendants (PCA)
Caregiving responsibilities include:
Personal hygiene care
May include bathing, grooming, oral hygiene, assistance with dressing and mobility.
Medication reminders
May include phone calls or in-person visits
Companionship
Homemaker services
May include laundry, meal preparation, light cleaning
Transportation
Respite care
Qualifications:
High school graduate
Valid driver's license and reliable means of transportation.
Current CPR certification
Six months of caregiving experience required.
COVID-19 considerations: California vaccination mandate guidelines applied.
Starting Pay: $16.90 hourly
Compensation Pay Range:
$19.60 - $22.60 per hour
A reasonable estimate of the pay range for this position is $19.60 - $22.60 per hour. There are numerous factors taken into consideration in determining the actual offered rate of pay, including but not limited to: job-related qualifications, experience, skills, education, geographic location, and consideration of internal and external equity.
