Foam Encased Mattress Assembly

As a Foam Encased Mattress Assembly, you will:
Assemble foam encasements for mattress units using established work instructions
Operate a pneumatic glue gun to assemble foam rails, foam layers, and coil units
Assemble open coil or pocketed coil units into foam encasements
Prepare, organize, and restock materials at your workstation
Inspect components and finished mattress units for defects or flaws
Follow all safety, quality, and efficiency procedures while maintaining a clean work area
What you need to bring to the Foam Encased Mattress Assembly role:
Ability to stand, sit, walk, bend, twist, and kneel for extended periods
Ability to use hands and fingers for grasping, handling, and assembling materials
Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull up to 30 lbs
Ability to read and follow work instructions, safety rules, and labels
Comfortable working around noise, moving machinery, temperature changes, and dust
Close attention to detail and ability to visually inspect finished products
No experience required
