Fabricator
Support fabrication work involving aluminum, stainless steel, and steel across a variety of custom projects. Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings for accurate component fabrication. Perform MIG, TIG, and FCAW welding on parts used in applications such as ornamental and architectural metalwork, handrails, fences, custom signs, stairs, decks, and specialty-metal projects. Assist in fabrication and repair work related to trailers, hitches, suspension components, hydraulics, brake systems, and snowplow equipment. Operate fabrication equipment including press brakes, plasma cutters, machining tools, and standard hand/power tools. Use precision measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, etc.) to ensure dimensional accuracy. Safely handle materials using forklifts, rigging equipment, and cranes. Contribute to assembly tasks and help troubleshoot fabrication or fit-up issues as they arise. Maintain a clean, organized, and safety-focused work environment.
Responsibilities

Essential Skills
3 years of MIG or TIG welding experience on stainless steel, aluminum, and mild steel.
Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints, drawings, and technical specifications.
Extensive knowledge of welding techniques and metal fabrication processes, including cutting, bending, and shaping.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Experience in manufacturing handrails, stairs, or trailers is a plus.
