COTA - Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant
We are seeking a qualified candidate with an active California license and experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF). The ideal candidate will have knowledge of the Rehab Optima (NetHealth) computer system.
Responsibilities
Provide nursing care to SNF patients based on their individual needs.
Utilize the Rehab Optima (NetHealth) system for patient documentation and care coordination.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient rehabilitation outcomes.
Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure
Active California RN or LVN license.
Experience working in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF).
Familiarity with Rehab Optima (NetHealth) computer system is preferred.
