Pay Rate: $20.00$27.00/hr (based on experience, shift, and benefit status)
Transportation Provided: From Albany, Troy, and East Greenbush

Position Summary
Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) provide hands-on care and emotional support to residents, assist nursing staff, and maintain a safe, comfortable environment. This role is essential to the delivery of high-quality, compassionate care.
Primary Responsibilities
Assist residents with personal hygiene, grooming, and daily living activities
Provide hands-on care and emotional support to residents
Distribute meals and assist with feeding, tracking nutritional intake
Observe and report changes in residents' conditions to the nursing team
Escort residents safely throughout the facility as needed
Help maintain a clean, comfortable, and safe living environment
Support nursing staff in providing high-quality, resident-centered care
Qualifications
Completion of a state-approved CNA training program
Active CNA certification in good standing with New York State
Team-oriented with strong work ethic and positive attitude
Must meet Department of Health regulatory standards
Compassionate and resident-focused
Compensation and Benefits
